ARCHITECTURE HISTORY AND THEORY

In this module, students are exposed to a series of lectures of the developments of Ancient architecture to Western architecture from the beginning of time to the period of Enlightenment. Students will be graded in the form of formative ( Project 1 & 2) and summative ( Mid Term & Final) assessments.

Project 2: Analysis Report

My Perspective

Overall, the module is well-planned. I would advise the styles, content, and layout composition for all the AHT lecture slides to be more consistent because sometimes I get a bit confused when reading through the slides.

In my view, the module coordinator and tutors did a good job in assisting the students to understand the developments of Ancient architecture to Western architecture from the beginning of time to the period of Enlightenment. It is nice to have a combination of live lectures and recorded lectures throughout the whole module.
